A true "salt water only" fisherman for over fifty years, his desire to make the Anchor Bay development a coastal paradise is matched by his commitment to maintain the natural vitality of the coastline and wetlands. Frank has been involved in custom residential development for over 30 years – including homes built in Pirates Cove, Jamaica Beach, Laffite's Cove, Pirates Beach, and Isla Del Sol. Frank currently resides on the West End and enjoys all of the amenities that island living has to offer.
